Louis Vuitton’s digital surface area keeps multiplying (owned, retail, social, marketplace, partner, in‑store screens). Traditional production models can’t meet the volume, velocity, and variation required without driving costs up or compromising craft. ATELIER/AI is a purpose‑built creative intelligence and automation lab for LV—powered by brand‑trained generative engines, production‑grade MLOps, and governance—designed to reduce unit cost, compress cycle time, and scale premium design variations globally. The platform combines a battle‑tested approach with an enterprise gen‑AI stack from our media lab so LV can ship more on‑brief creativity, faster, and for less.

    What it is. An LV‑dedicated AI Media Lab that uses brand‑trained generative engines (image/video/text/3D) under strict governance and MLOps to automate design exploration, on‑brief versioning, language/format localization, and finishing—connected to a central CDP and creative project tools. The lab model and its Media Asset Analyzer mode have been proven to deliver faster, more nuanced creative readouts than generic cloud NLP, supporting live show recaps and content tuning.

On an enterprise gen‑AI architecture capable of brand‑specific training, model registry, structured prompting, CLIP embeddings, ControlNet for layout fidelity, and connectors to leading video/image models (e.g., SDXL, Runway Gen‑2, Unreal Engine; Sora/Veo 2 where permissible), all wrapped in a governance and compliance fabric with multi‑cloud GPU/TPU elasticity.
